Getting Started

How do I invite my team?

Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Enter email addresses and choose roles. Invites are sent instantly.

Can I import from another tool?

Yes. We support CSV import from most platforms. For large migrations, contact us and we'll handle it for free.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — TaskSpread is available on iOS and Android. Search 'TaskSpread' in your app store.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are fully set up in under 30 minutes. Our onboarding wizard guides you through every step.

Billing & Plans

When does my trial end?

Your 14-day trial starts the day you sign up. You'll get an email reminder at day 10 and day 13.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. Cancel directly from Settings → Billing. No penalties, no questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're not happy in your first 30 days, we'll refund your payment — no questions asked.

Features & Usage

How many tasks can I create?

Unlimited tasks on all plans, including the free Starter tier.

Can guests access my workspace?

Yes. You can invite external stakeholders as guests with read-only or limited edit access.

Does TaskSpread work offline?

The mobile apps support offline viewing. Changes sync automatically when you reconnect.

How does the workload view work?

The workload view aggregates all open tasks per team member and plots them against their available hours. You can adjust capacity per person per week.
