These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TaskSpread, operated by Conso4s Ltd ("Company", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TaskSpread, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TaskSpread for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) upload harmful, defamatory, or illegal content; (d) attempt to reverse engineer the software; (e) resell or sublicence the service.
5. Subscription and payment
Fees are charged in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Data
You own your data. We process it on your behalf under the terms of our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
7. Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. See our status page for live updates.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
